Super+Shift+Arrow previously considered only open windows, so a lone app could not move around quad or other sparse layouts. It now selects configured slots, moves into empty slots while preserving other apps, and retains occupied-slot swaps. Super+Arrow still focuses windows. Spacers and scene Empty reservations remain unavailable.

Explicit moves reveal collapsed slots until layout reset; session recovery preserves that workspace setting. Regression coverage exercises every quad slot, custom and nested collapsing layouts, stationary neighbors, swaps, reservations, stale identities, monitor offsets, and recovery.

Validation: all local Lua, Python, and JavaScript CI suites passed, plus manifest validation and git diff --check. ShellCheck is unavailable locally; GitHub CI supplies it and the required native Windows display-policy check.
